About Joe Patton

I began my career with Missouri Farm Bureau in 1987. In my second year with the company, I was named President's Agent of the Year. In addition, I received a national award from the American Farm Bureau Federation for starting the farmers market and was one of three winners nationwide to win the Farm Heritage Award for my contribution to Preservation of the Rural Heritage of the United States given by the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Successful Farming Magazine. I am the chairman of the 132nd Legislative District Committee for the Missouri House of Representatives. I held the title of President of our rural fire department for five years, Chairperson for the University of Missouri Southwest Center Advisory Committee for five years, and have served on the board for this committee for twenty four years. I am married with five children and six grandchildren. My children are the seventh generation to live on our farm, settled by my great, great, great, Grandfather in 1838. I hold the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation; hold a lifetime teaching certificate and I enjoy history and politics.

Quiénes somos

Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance was started by a group of Missouri farmers who sought an honest, plain speaking, no-nonsense approach to protecting what was important to them. That same mentality is what drives our company to this day. No matter what you do, what you drive or where you live, we treat you with the same dignity and respect you’d expect from the farmers that started this company. Whenever you need us, if you’re a Missourian, we’re here for you.
